BUSBAR JUNCTION BOX

Busbar junction box is a part of any efficient power distribution system that allows greater flexibility and reduce overall installation costs. These junction boxes are often used to provide temporary electrical connection during construction and commissioning phase .

Available in the following ip 66 rated Elbox enclosures:

  • Mild Steel
  • Cast aluminum
  • Stainless Steel
  • Glass Reinforced Polyester

Technical Features

  •   Rated Voltage: 3 Phase, 415 V AC, 50Hz
  •   Rated Current: 63A - 2000A
  •   External Mounting Arrangement:
    1). Wall mounted
    2). Floor mounted with Standard 75x6 MS base channel
    3). Floor mounted with stand of suitable height.
  •   Rain Protection Canopy provided for outdoor installations
  •   Electrical Grade Copper/ Aluminium Busbars are mounted horizontally or vertically on epoxy insulators made of glass reinforced Thermoset Polyester
  •   Min. Phase to Phase clearance is 25 mm and Phase to Earth clearance is 20 mm
  •   Holes of suitable size are provided for incoming and outgoing cable termination
  •   Suitable size Bolts with Nuts and washers are also provided for connecting cables to the busbar
