Direct On line starters are used in starting of small size 3-phase squirrel cage induction motors like small water pumps, compressors, fans and conveyor belts etc. It can be used only when the high inrush current of the motor does not cause an excessive voltage drop in the supply circuit. It has an optional provision to remotely start stop the starter using mobile app.
Our star delta range of starters is suitable for starting of motors upto 200 HP catering to a wide range of applications in Cement plants, Steel plants, Rolling mills, Textiles, Food and Beverages, Sugar Plants, Small scale machine tools, Paper & Printing, Cold Storages, Plastic Welding Machines etc. The starter units consist of the following: SDF/MCCB, Power Contactors, Thermal /Electronic Overload relay Automatic time delay relay, Start and stop push buttons, On, Off Trip Indication lamps, Remote Local Selector Switch for remote operation of the starter Ammeter, Voltmeter, RYB indication Lamps
These starters are used when the application requires the motor to run in reverse and forward directions eg. Mixing of materials, Dying machines etc. These starters are suitable for motor ratings upto 15 HP. The starter unit consists of MCB/Fuse, 2 nos Power contactor for forward and reverse operation, Overload Relay, Forward and Reverse Pushbuttons
Submersible starters are available for single phase submersible pumps upto 3HP and 3 phase submersible pumps upto 7.5 HP. It provides reliable protection to the motor against overload and single phasing. It also provides dry run protection to the submersible pump motor thereby tripping the motor instantly when the water level decreases below the two dry run probe points. It also consists of phase indication lamps, ammeter and voltmeter for measuring the current drawn and phase voltage respectively.
