Our range of Street Light Junction Boxes includes Hot Dip Galvanised Street Light Pole Box, SMC Street Light Junction Box, Mild steel Street Light Junction Box. Our Boxes are designed to be maintenance friendly, highly durable and cost effective.

GI STREET LIGHT POLE MOUNTED JUNCTION BOX

Made from 1.6 mm/2.0 mm CRCA sheet, these JBs are Hot Dip galvanized making it highly corrosion resistant that will last for decades. They come with adjustable Pole mounting Brackets suitable for fixing in standard poles

  •   Dimension: Standard Size - (h)300x(w)200x(d)150 mm. Also available in customised sizes.
  •   Degree of Protection: IP 65 as per IEC 60947
  •   Construction : Made from 1.6/2.0 mm CRCA sheet, Duly hot dip galvanised in zinc.
  •   Zinc Coating Thickness: Amount of Zinc Deposit more than 460 gm/sq mtr and coating thickness at any point is more than 75 microns
  •   Pole mounting arrangement: 4 “ pole mounting clamps - 2 nos per box
  •   Cable Entry : 32 mm Knock out holes provided at bottom, Qty and size as per customer request
  •   Components: 1 nos SP MCB with Breaking Capacity 10kA, ISI marked and 4 nos 63A Stud type Terminals. Loop In Loop Out Arrangement can also be Provided

SMC STREET LIGHT JUNCTION BOX

Made out of thermosetting plastic i.e. glass reinforced polyester sheet moulding compound (SMC), ELBOX SMC STREET LIGHT BOXES are easy to install, maintenance friendly and economical solution for your street lighting needs

  •   Dimension: Available in various sizes ranging from 140x140x90 mm to 300x200x125 mm Minimum Thickness of the Box: 2.5 mm
  •   Degree of Protection : : IP 55 as per IEC 60947
  •   Fire retardant - Class FV-0 as per IS 11731 Part-II or V-0 as per UL-94 Weather Proof, Tamper proof, shock proof and rust proof Boxes are provided with Terminal connectors, control fuse, MCB etc. with looping arrangement

Made out of high quality CRCA sheet, these JBs are pre-treated and powder coated with Pure Polyester Powder making it suitable for long lasting outdoor applications. ELBOX Mild steel Street Light Boxes are known for their safety features and durability
