Salient Features   +

  •   Totally enclosed, compartmentalized design, Dust and Vermin Proof
  •   Made with mild steel of Load Bearing thickness: 2 mm, Non-Load Bearing thickness: 1.6 mm and Partition plate: 1.2 mm, Gland Plate: 2 mm
  •   Panel mounted on base frame ISMC 75 mm/100 mm
  •   The Enclosures are pre-treated thoroughly and Powder coated with Siemens Grey RAL 7035/RAL 7032 structure finish
  •   Suitable for all make of switchgears
  •   Design tested at CPRI, Bhopal for short-circuit and temperature rise as per IS standards
  •   Horizontal and Vertical Busbars are Aluminium E91E grade or Copper electrolytic grade. Current Carrying capacity is 0.8 A/ sq mm for Aluminium and 1.2A/ sq mm for Copper
  •   Non-hygroscopic SMC Busbar Supports are used for best mechanical and electrical strengths for withstanding fault current
  •   Busbars and interlinks are insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves
  •   Provision of future extension of Busbars on both sides or as per requirement
  •   Large cabling space with adequate supports in cable alley for incoming and outgoing feeders
  •   As a safety feature, all Live parts and all incoming terminals are shrouded to prevent direct contact
  •   All doors/covers/gland plates are sealed with Neoprene/EPDM gaskets
  •   Universal IP locking arrangement in each feeder
  •   Provision of Padlock in individual feeders provided upon request
  •   PDBs are available in single front/Double Front Construction.
  •   Both Indoor and Outdoor type panels can be provided

For Extreme weather conditions and highly corrosive environments we offer Power Distribution Panels which are manufactured from high grade thermoplastic polycarbonate material. They are extremely corrosion resistant, having high impact resistance, fire retardant and UV stabilised. All these features makes our Panels highly durable and long lasting
