Power Control Center is the main switchboard in the LT side of the transformer which effectively provides necessary protection and distribution of the power to the downstream loads.
It contains feeder breakers and supply breakers, monitoring devices, control devices, switching devices, protection devices, and instrumentation devices fitted in the control panel.
ELMECH PCCs are designed to handle fault level upto 50kA and temperature rise up to 40 degrees Celsius. In order to protect the source and equipment, various protections are provided in the PCC such as short circuit, overload, earth fault, under voltage, etc. Also, ample space is provided in the switchboard for incoming and outgoing cable termination.
